Our team is so excited to offer you Rustic Retreats; giving you a break from your weekly routine to offer you a safe space to learn and implement some healthy lifestyle tips and tricks. Our retreats are simple, soulful and easy to squeeze into your busy schedule. We are confident that this day will be a meaningful experience for you, and that you will walk away feeling truly revived, as well as providing you with tools to continue your new wellness journey!
We have a superb line up of mindful yoga and meditation, informative nutrition talks and a cooking class, an interactive art class and a skin care product demonstration! Each teacher offering tips from their wellness journey to get you inspired to start your own. All of this priced at only R850 for the day! Plus, a generous goodie bag awaits you and a chance to win a prize!
Whether you are new to any of the above-mentioned activities or not, you will have a blast and we can’t wait for you to join us!
SCHEDULE - Please arrive on time to sign forms before we begin
-8am: Welcome Circle
-8.45am: Breakfast
-9.30am: Essential Oils Talk
-10.30am: Tea break
-11am: Yoga Class
-12pm: Plant-focussed cooking demo and lunch
-1.30pm: Art Class
WHAT TO BRING
-Comfortable yoga clothes for movement and sitting
-Water bottle
-Yoga mat (we do have available)
-Pen and paper for note taking
TICKET PRICE
R850 per person
Price includes all of the above-mentioned activities, meals, goodie bag, and a lucky draw prize and good vibes!
Cancellation policy: these tickets are non-refundable, so should you be unable to attend, please give your ticket to a friend, and notify us of any changes made to your ticket.
