The 3hr experience includes:

Surf experience
Beach Breakfast
We meet at our surf location, Table View beach. Known for its pristine white sand beach and easy surf conditions, it is the perfect location, close to town and with a beautiful front row view of Table Mountain. If the waves conditions are not good, we will meet on Muizenberg Beach as a Second surf location.
We will begin with a guided yoga class that incorporates the elements of surfing to best prepare us for the surf adventure.
After the class you can gather yourself and have a glass of fresh spring water as we prepare for our surf session.
We will give you a safety brief and run you through the process of learning to surf or taking your surfing level further.
We like to share our knowledge of the ocean, working together to understand how waves work and having a positive attitude to explore the bay and have fun.
We will gather thereafter all together around a healthy beach breakfast, sharing our secrets to simple healthy life.
