Starter
Sweet corn custard, pine nut salsa, Parmesan crisp.
Mains
Pork fillet, or Line fish, cauliflower purée, smoked apple, carrots, broccolini, onions
Pre-dessert
Yoghurt mousse and lemon thyme.
Dessert
Rum cake, coconut and pineapple.
