As promised last year, the first date has been set for 2019!

The demonstration will include;

- All you need to know (colouring, use, storage) of Isomalt and Chocolate

- Isomalt Sails

- Shaped Isomalt

- Isomalt Shards

- Pulled Isomalt

- Chocolate Sails

- Chocolate Bark

You'll get to take home a few treats from Class as this will be a demonstration only.

Feel free to bring a note pad and pen along. Tea and coffee will be served.

TERMS:

* If there are not enough tickets sold, the class will be cancelled 48 hours prior and you will be refunded in full.

* Late cancellations cannot be refunded unless the ticket can be sold to someone else.
