Greetings Secret Sunrise Yogis
With the massive success of our puppy yoga, we are doing one in Ballito! We are supporting the Safe Fostering Network by collecting their specific puppy food for them.
Each participant (or between two of you) is to please bring a small bag of Montego Karoo Pup Food
The only food to buy: Montego Karoo small to medium breed puppy

Wireless headphones will be provided for the hour
