Upon arrival, you'll receive Bluetooth headsets, and our talented facilitators will guide you through a blend of meditation, mindfulness, movement, and dance. Everyone is welcome – all bodies, ages, genders, fitness levels, and abilities!

- Time: 07:00 AM for coffee & brekkie rolls; Dance starts promptly at 7:30 AM!
- Location: St. Georges Park Park conveniently at the PE Bowling Club (Turn off here at the Bowling Club Sign) and take a stroll through the bowling club to our dance spot.
- Theme: Pyjama Palooza - Slip into your comfiest pajamas and get ready to boogie down and stay warm!
