Following the June 16 Uprising, let us reflect on the young leaders that contributed to the National Uprising. We visit the home of Tsietsi Mashinini, the June 16 Memorial Museum, a few other cultural stops, local beer and a rustic style bar menu dinner at Native Rebels, a favourite amongst locals.

Buy your ticket for #RebelWalk, which takes place in Jabavu located near the Soweto Theatre and Kwakhaya Lendaba, Vusamazulu Credo Mutwa's Village. (Read about Credo here https://www.sahistory.org.za/people/vusamazulu-credo-mutwa )

The total walk is 3 - 5km and medium pressure. For the hiking enthusiasts, arrive at 6pm and leave with the first group who will go up Oppenheimer tower, an added feature not included for those departing at 7pm due to its fitness requirements.
