A LITTLE ABOUT BRENT LINDEQUE

Brent Lindeque is a South African entrepreneur, journalist, motivational speaker, and social media influencer (but he hates that term). He also happens to own South Africa’s top Good News site and was one of the fortunate four journalists in South Africa who were invited to meet with Oprah to have a discussion “during lunch” this year. He has been named one of the top 100 most influential young South Africans by the Mail & Guardian, was a GQ man of the year and his platform was featured on a list of World’s Top 100 innovation success stories.

Brent Lindeque’s "Changing The Narrative" Keynote encapsulates the essence of the Good Things Guy platform. By recognising the alternative narrative that exists amidst the challenges we face, he invites us all to shift our focus and embrace the power of good news. Through one story at a time, we can reframe our outlook, celebrate the helpers in times of tragedy, and inspire positive change within ourselves and our communities.

Good things are happening all around us, waiting to be acknowledged, celebrated, and shared. It is through this collective effort that we can truly change the narrative and shape a brighter future for South Africa.
