This week's Revive Breathwork session is facilitated by Volker Schlettwein.
Volker has been facilitating conscious breathwork for more than a decade. He specializes in facilitating deep transformation through keynotes, coaching, workshops, and retreats that draw on diverse modalities inspired by modern psychology, emerging science, and eastern wisdom.
His passion lies in empowering people through the coherence of mind-heart-body wisdom, which enhances and sustains both personal wellbeing and business success. in addition, his work supports the development of mental and emotional resilience and intuition, which are essential for navigating uncertainty and difficulty with greater clarity, confidence, and success..

Conscious connected breathwork

The experience
Through a safely guided journey of strong, connected breathing we access higher states of conscious awareness, while releasing physical and emotional toxins and tension from the body. We boost our vitality and harness greater creative potential while inviting deep healing, peace, joy and abundance into lives.
The workshop is 120 minutes long, comprising:
- Introduction & talk (This may include a short practical exercise) – 30 minutes
- Circular breathing – 60 minutes
- Grounding & (optional) sharing – 30 minutes

SESSION DETAILS & PREPARATION
WHEN: Wednesday, 31st May 2023
WHERE: The Sanctuary, Constantia
TIME: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfy clothes (additional warmth in winter)
WHAT TO BRING: A thick yoga mat, warm blanket, head cushion and water to hydrate. (Eye cushion optional)
AVOID HEAVY MEALS: Please avoid eating a heavy meal prior to breathwork to enhance your experience.
NOTE: Conscious breathwork causes fluctuations in body temperature so please make sure you bring enough warmth (a blanket is essential), even if you think you won't be cold.
