In my 26-year teaching career the thing that stood out the most is that people don’t understand how their body moves, most people can’t even balance or simply touch their toes, let alone run fast or do a sit-up. I want to teach you skills that help you finally understand how to use your body, because only then can you master it.

 

I will challenge you EVERYDAY for 8 WEEKS to COMMIT TO FIT DAILY with my 7-DAY FULL BODY CROSS TRAINING FITNESS PROGRAM, that promises not only to BOOST your WELLBEING, and vastly improve your FITNESS, STRENGTH, STABILITY, CORE & POSTURE, all while BURNING LOADS of CALORIES & SHREDDING BODY FAT, but that you also TONE, SHAPE & SCULPT every part of your body, especially your BUTT, THIGHS, ARMS & ABS, as well as vastly increase your SPEED, POWER, STAMINA, FLEXIBILITY, MOBILITY & BALANCE.

YOUR GOAL: Do as many classes as you can each week. Each day is designed to enhance and balance the day before and prepare you for the day to follow. It’s a full body cross training workout, EVERYTHING your body needs is covered in one week, no two days are the same, and each works best if you stick to the schedule.

 

If you need a break, you must absolutely take it, but try limit breaks to one day a week. This program is about consistency, dedication, and discipline. Discipline yourself to be dedicated enough to be consistent, and then create a daily routine that includes a powerful fitness routine, with me. Do this and you will see results.
