Earth's landscapes help us reclaim our innate and intuitive wildness as women. Her timeless deserts, impenetrable forests, flowing waters, soaring mountains, and the swaying dance of her grasslands, are part and particle of every cell of our beings. These great landscapes are both our ancestors and our mid-wives, helping us to emerge as the authentic, creative and resourced women we were meant to be – untamed, unashamed and unstoppable. We are in need of wild women, now more than ever.
Journey with us over three Saturdays: 20 May, 17 June and 15 July. We recommend that you attend all three for the best immersive experience - we offer a discount when booking all three.

- Grassland Woman - to engage with community as your rewilded self
This journey of A Wild Soul Woman™ is a blueprint for the next wave of feminism and requires our full aliveness as women where we can express being fierce, wild, tender, and wise.
Mountain Woman & Grassland Woman - 15 July 2023:
We will be using imagery, movement, poetry, story and creative imagination to awaken these archetypal soulscapes and reveal the beauty and magnificence of our deeper, wider selves. Detailed notes will be emailed to each participant after each workshop.
Flow of the day:
10:00 Welcome, setting of intentions and establishing a sacred circle
10:30 Mountain Woman Soul Landscape Immersion
12:30 Shared lunch
13:30 Grassland Woman Soul Landscape immersion
15:30 Closing circle and integration homework
16:00 Workshop ends
What to bring along?
- Comfortable clothes, something warm
- Hot water bottle, socks and hydration
- Blanket and yoga mat, to nest
- An object that signifies or represents Mountains and Grasslands for you to place on the altar
- Kindly bring a plate or small platter of food to share for lunch
