We embrace music, movement, and connection in a fun, family-friendly way that gets your blood pumping and puts a smile on your face!

WHERE: Melkbaai Beach, Strand (opposite The Brasserie)
TIME: 18:30pm - 19:30pm (Please arrive at 18:00pm to receive your headsets)
THEME: Go With The Flow
DRESS CODE: Dress up is encouraged - ribbons, bubbles, scarves
BRING: Wear layers of comfy clothes to move in and bring water
