ABOUT
Join Jonathan Leeming on a 2 hour night time exploration of Kloofendal Nature Reserve in search of all kind of animals that creep and crawl such as spiders, scorpions, insects, frogs, toads and if we are lucky snakes! This popular event teaches conservation, understanding and respect for all creatures. All animals are released back into where they came from. This event is suitable for the whole family. Approximate walking distance is 3km.
Bring a torch and sensible shoes (no high-heels or flip-flops). Participants must be reasonably mobile and able. This walk is suitable for children. Children (under 13) must be accompanied by an adult. Bookings are online and are limited to 20 people.
This event begins from the Ecological Centre in Kloofendal Nature Reserve. Please aim to be at the reserve 15 minutes before the event start time. This event will go ahead regardless of the weather.
