Lucy Kruger & The Lost Boys is an art-pop ambient noise band based in Berlin.
The group creates music that is full of atmosphere and intensity.
In April this year the band released, ‘Teen Tapes (for performing your stunts)’ - a follow-up to their previous record ‘Transit Tapes (for women who move furniture around)’ - and the final in their series of tapes. The trilogy, which began with the contemplative collection of lullabies, ‘Sleeping Tapes for Some Girls’, documents a growing desire to play. There is a relinquishing of control in the sonic landscape and in the story that happens throughout the course of the three records.
The band has been touring the albums throughout Germany and Europe over the last year, performing at the likes of Fusion Festival, Maifeld Derby, Wave-Gotik Treffen, South of Silence, Immergut, and Synästhesie.
The range of material and storytelling captured in the trilogy has given the group a chance to explore a live set that drifts between introverted and ecstatic.

Wombed is an experimental music project led by Berlin-based, Cape Town-born musician, André Leo (formerly of dream noise duo, Medicine Boy).
Birthed in the murky waters of 2020, the debut EP, Still Nothing, is described by Leo as ‘cough syrup blues’ and is a merger of his love for acoustic roots music and washed-out, unsettling ambiance.
2021’s Skinning Music is a blurry sound collage of dictaphones, Mellotrons, tube amps, guitars and tape hiss.
These two self-produced EPs mark the closing of the first cycle of Wombed with a forthcoming record in the final stages of production, drawing more on Leo’s adoring and inquisitive relationship with discordant, noisy rock ‘n roll music
For their show debut performances in South Africa, the band (with Francis Broek on drums and Adam Hill on bass) will focus on the newer, unreleased material while throwing in a few reworkings of older material.

BLUE VOW
“The serpent shows the way to hidden things.” - C.G Jung
Drawing influence that spans from slow-burning ambiance to more violent and noise-driven entities, under
the guise of Blue Vow, Cape Town-based Chelsea Ann Peter creates music as a necessity to exorcise her
dissection of and attempt to comprehend her inner and outer worlds.
While moving through deeply self-reflexive and existential doors, her debut album, ‘Sunfall,’ as well as her
forthcoming album set to release in 2023 sinks fully into the darkness and the light, finding their air on the
edge where the two forces meet. Dipping in and out of dream landscapes, storytelling, poetry and
memory, both bodies of work simultaneously destroy and breathe anew. Her debut show, accompanied by
Ruan Vos, Joshua Van Zyl and Dolf Lombard will contain both released and unreleased songs.
