Let's get sweating for a good cause!

Help New Beginnings Animal Rescue prepare for a bumper end of year by getting your sweat on!

Sweat in any form or style for as long as you want and post about it to win incredible prizes!

If you'd prefer not to sweat, that's also cool - head on over to the Donations ticket.

All proceeds go to New Beginnings

How it works

• Purchase a ticket to sweat of your choice (or just put through a donation)
• Get your sweat on
• Post about your sweat on Instagram tagging me (@janet_teamfluffbum) and New Beginnings (@newbeginningsrescuecentre)
• The more tickets you buy, and the more sweats you do, and photos posted, the more entries into the draw
• Donations also qualify for the Lucky Draw, as long as there is a fun post with the above tags

• Squash
• Tennis
• Cycling
• Taking the honds for a lekker walk
• Game of fetch with the honds
• Any form of movement

Dates

• You can sweat (and donate) any time from now of the event until the end of 4 December 2022.
• Lucky Draw will be done on 5 December 2022
• Enter as many times as you want
