ABOUT

The Sunsets movement has always been about making people feel safe, happy, and included. We have been shown an unbelievable amount of support from our community over the last year and in order to say thank you, and take the next logical step on our journey together, we will be hosting our first-ever festival.

Our goal for this festival is to replicate the magic of our popup events for our community by hosting an intimate, beautiful, and well-organized event. The event will have a maximum capacity of 250 people and we will slowly grow this capacity over the next few events to ensure we do things the right way and protect the magic of our community.

Sunday:

• 10:00 - 11:30 : Gemini
• 11:30 - 13:00 : ADHD

EVENT DURATION

• Saturday 11:00 - Sunday 13:00

VENUE & CAMPING

• The festival will be hosted at Shambala Park which is only 25 minutes from the Cape Town CBD, perfect for a one-nighter
• Camping is included with each ticket

FOOD & BAR

• There will be a food truck on site that will cater to our omnivorous and herbivorous (vegan and vegetarian) attendees to ensure you are well-fueled for the duration of our time together
• There will be non-alcoholic beverages for sale
• Cash or card are welcomed
• Unfortunately no alcohol will be sold at the event so please bring your own alcohol

MEDICS, SECURITY & TOILETS

• Taurus Medical Services will have two medics onsite throughout the duration of the event
• There will be a security team that will be checking tickets, patrol the campsite, and be ready to assist with any situation should you need them
• There will be dedicated brick-and-mortar toilet facilities for ladies and portable toilets for the man folk

• Right of admission reserved
• Participation in this event is entirely at your own risk
• The organizers and venue accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury, death, loss or damage of any nature to persons, vehicles or belongings, even in the case of negligence
• Due care has been taken to make this event safe and secure
