Discover the wonders of cheese making and what makes a cheese cave a remarkable space. Guests will be granted rare access into the Klein River Cheese caves and learn everything from cheesemaking to affinage (ate art and science of ageing cheese).
All proceeds from will go to the Klein River Cheese reforestation program with Trees for Tourism (www.saforesttrust.com/sites).
Klein River Cheese's cheese caves are maturation rooms which is the affinage of theur artisan cheese, the aging and fermentation happens here. Did you know: All their cheeses are aged in the cheese caves.
