Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm (But you're welcome to stay later)

Price: R150 (Tickets are limited)

Picnic Snack Pack (Items such as muffins, health bar, cookies, fruit etc.)

Refreshments: Water & Juice (There is a Café in the park if you'd like to purchase coffee)

Ice-breakers, fun Q&A and wholesome conversation, opportunity to meet new friends.

Please note that no glassware and glass bottles are allowed in the park.

The easiest way to meet us, is to enter via the gate that runs parallel to Beach Road, Mouille Point.

We will be close to the Park Café, look for the Femmove Banner.
