My son was born on 27 weeks in 1994. He weighed only 1kg. We dont have money to support medical neds as well as private needs and struggling as Single mom. He is now 27 yrs. After several operations he need now a last one to make him walk better. He aso have Scoliosis. He had several Archilles Tendons releases... Hamstring releases.. Rhizotomy in his back and very difficulty to walk. We also Need an Orthopaedic surgeon in SA who can perform operations on my son due to lack of finances we cant travel. 

My son need URGENT Hip Replacement to facilitate him to walk better. All funds needed wil go towards him and to facilitate him with his physio and operations. I also need help for my Dental work after a very abusive husband who knocked my teeth out and its embarrassing to support my son and look the way i do... If you can help it would be much appreciated. Family dont want to help and i have alot of Debt allready.. PLEASE HELP and God bless Thank you??
