The Empathy Project is a space and platform for like and unlike minded people to gather and connect in person, to unpack social commentary in a safe and intimate space. We ask questions, exchange experiences and encourage real engagement.
The aim is inspire empathy and build understanding by listening to each other's views, ideas & experiences. To address the proverbial elephant in the room, around all social issues facing us in this country, through honest and gracious communication.
In Session 2 we will be discussing Womanhood in contemporary South Africa.
What does it mean?
Are we soft or are we rocks?
Treasure or Prey?
And more importantly who gets to decide this?
