Avez-vous déjà eu une interaction avec un autre être humain dans laquelle vous vous êtes senti vu.e, entendu.e et capable d’être votre vrai soi ? Ce que vous avez probablement vécu était "Authentic Relating" (rapport authentique).

Authentic Relating est la pratique de l’écoute et de la parole à partir de la présence et de la sensation, nous permettant de tisser des liens plus riches et plus véridiques.

Vous êtes invités à cette séance de « méditation interpersonnelle » conçue pour explorer en toute sécurité votre vulnérabilité en étant conscient.e de vos limites et de vos curiosités. Vous aurez l'opportunité de développer des capacités d’incarnation et de communication, renforçant ainsi un lien plus profond avec vous-même et les autres.

Les participant.e.s repartent souvent avec un profond sentiment de bien-être et une boîte à outils expérientiel qu’iels peuvent utiliser pour enrichir tous les aspects de leur vie.

Location: 133 Rue Roger Salengro 59260 HELLEMMES-LILLE.

Tarifs : 15 € tarif plein, 10 € tarif réduit (étudiant.e.s, chômeur.euse, RSA). Places limitées disponibles via Quicket. Le paiement en espèces à l’arrivée est aussi possible.

Langue : L'animateur parlera en anglais mais il y aura de la traduction simultanée en français par un accompagnant. La langue d'échange entre les participants sera le français ou la langue accordée entre eux.elles.

Veuillez arriver à l’heure pour créer un cadre sécuritaire pour le groupe.

N’hésitez pas à apporter un coussin pour plus de confort.

Have you ever had an interaction with another human being in which you felt seen, heard and able to be your true self? What you probably experienced was Authentic Relating.

Authentic Relating is the practice of listening and speaking from a place of presence and sensation, allowing us to weave richer and more truthful connections.

You are invited to this ‘interpersonal meditation’ session designed to safely explore your vulnerability in awareness of your boundaries and curiosities. You will have the chance to develop embodiment and communication skills, strengthening a deeper connection to yourself and others.

Participants often walk away with a profound sense of well-being and an experiential toolkit that they can make use of to enrich all aspects of their lives.

Location: 133 Rue Roger Salengro 59260 HELLEMMES-LILLE.

Cost: €15 waged, €10 unwaged/student. Limited spaces available via Quicket. Cash on arrival also possible.

Language: Facilitation is English, but French translation will be available.

Please arrive on time to create a safe container for the group.

Feel free to bring a cushion for extra comfort.
