Join our upcoming online webinar on How Occupational Therapy supports the senior individual.


This online session, conducted through Zoom, will teach you about the assessment and implementation of treatment plans for senior individuals. Guidelines will be shared in the session on relevant treatments and strategies that can be applied for geriatric patients.

Occupational Therapists who are interested in assessing and treating geriatric patients or any therapist who is interested in broadening their horizons.


What will you learn?

The first hour will be about sharing theoretical knowledge. The speaker will provide a background on healthy aging, occupation, and how Occupational Therapy supports the Senior Individual. She will introduce the components involved in the assessment process, share some applicable assessment tools, and then explore strategies and treatment ideas. During the second hour, case studies will be presented, and there will be time for questions and answers.

Kim Lewitte is a seasoned Occupational Therapist & Private Practice owner with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Kim has worked as an Occupational Therapist, both locally and abroad, with experience in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation & therapy centers, and schools. She has a keen interest in neurology, geriatrics and mental health. She provides individual or group Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment of adults following neurological injuries and senior individuals with dementia or any age-related condition.
