Join us for a 'surrender' themed session where we will focus on letting go of what doesn't serve and no longer aids us. Leaving us empty to recreate ourselves anew.

WHAT TO EXPECT

An hour long guided session to celebrate life! Facilitators, silent headphones and the most epic way to end a day in the 21st century. This dance is for all ages and anyone looking to dance, play and connect with themselves and community.

SESSION DETAILS

WHEN: Saturday, 3rd July 2021

WHERE: Grass Field below the Bungalow

TIME: 17:00 - 18:00 pm (please arrive no later than 16:30 to get your headsets - we start at 17:00 sharp)

DRESS CODE: Comfy clothes to dance in
