ABOUT

Join us for a very activating and empowering in-person workshop, where we will guide you to activate your "Mindful HeART" and claim back your personal power from life's distractions, at the portal of your Soul ~ the canvas. By the end of this creative painting workshop, you will remember that the present moment is the only time you can live fully, and boldly declare "I am present here and now!"

We all experience moments where we reminiscent about the past in a nostalgic way or day dream about an event in the future, and that is perfectly ok.

The problem lies in when we camp out in the past, usually because we lost something and long for a time in the past when things were "better"... and because of it we live with regret, shame, guilt or anger, playing the victim to some traumatic event that we are just not able to get over.

On the other spectrum, some of us continually rush ahead to the immediate or distant future. Trying frantically to prepare for what may come and stressing over things that might go wrong, leaving you feeling frazzled and anxious.

Which ever one you fall trap to, practicing mindfulness through creative art making can be a powerful means to ground yourself in the present moment and can be a useful remedy for times that you find yourself stuck in the past or rushing into the future.

In this class we will be painting Mandalas. "Mandala" is a Sanskrit word that means sacred circles. Repeatition of patterns that form the grand design is a meditative and relaxing experience. It is also very effective in grounding your attention Mindfully in the Present moment.

Welcome to this Painting in the park workshop. My name is Gideon Busquét-Craucamp Aka Gideonslight and my husband is Arnaud Busquèt-Craucamp AKA OtterlyArnaud. We are both Creatively Fit Coaches, and we are excited to assist you today to Activate your Creative HeART through playful expression at the canvas!

Creative coaching is a form of life coaching that helps people develop their creative skills and work through any barriers holding them back in their life.

The canvas serves as the metaphor that helps you to identify limiting beliefs and or attitudes that is counter productive to achieving your highest goals and ideals.

Although painting is involved, no previous art experience or skills are required to participate in a class, or to benefit from the insight that can be gained through this experiential personal growth journey.
