Our FLAG (Fight Like A Girl) workshop is fun, engaging, and necessary.
With South African crime being what it is today, we have no choice but to prepare ourselves. While this is the reality in which we live, we don't need to fall asleep doing it!
Dominique Olfsen, our resident instructor at EDA JHB South will be hosting a 2-hour workshop, specifically designed for women. This workshop is structured in such a way to show you how incredibly capable you are as a woman, and how you can rely on your body to defend yourself - you just need to understand how.
This workshop has no physical requirements - it is based on simple, easy-to-learn techniques and principles that leave you feeling strong, capable, and most of all, empowered - no matter your age, size, race, or religion.
Grab a friend, sister, mother, aunt, or niece and join us for an inspiring, enlightening workshop based on authentic Krav Maga, conducted professionally and in a safe environment.
This workshop is open to WOMEN OVER THE AGE OF 13 ONLY.
