Mosselbay Care Centre

We are currently feeding 160 children of Ridgeview primary school daily breakfast and lunch. W also have an Aftercare centre with 22 children - they get a home cooked lunch every day with fresh fruit/yoghurt and also pudding (once or twice a week), assistance with their homework, clothes, stationery, fun and educational outings, celebrate Easter (with all the 178 children), Youthday, Heritage day (182 children) and Christmas for the 160 children of Ridgeview, the 22 Afercare children and +-60 children who lives in the COmmunity. We urgently need funding on a monthly or yearly basis to enable us to buy food to feed the 182 children daily.

We have now started with a skills development/job creation program to help unschooled and unemployed youth and people of the Powertown community. We urgently need funds to buy sewing machines, material and accessories. We make lanyards, t-shirts and tote bags. This is to help the unemployed people to earn an income and be able to support their families, stop using illegal substances and become proud young men and women and also for anyone who needs an income and are willing to work.
