ABOUT

In these current unsettled times, many people are developing an interest in Buddhism and meditation, in part because of its practical approach to the problems we experience in our daily lives, and also because Buddhism is an open, flexible faith that may be practiced by anyone, regardless of their ethnicity or religious background.

This course will give an introduction to the Buddhist view, intention, and action, and how to follow the Buddhist way of life in the modern world.

It will be an online event conducted over Zoom by our teacher Dr Colinda Linde in two sessions.

The first session will be 9.30 to 10.45 and the second session 11.15 to 12.30

When you purchase your ticket, the ticket sent to you will contain the two Zoom ID.

Use the Zoom app on your laptop/desktop or phone. Open it and select Join a Meeting. Type in the first Meeting ID at about 9.25 and you will be connected

We look forward to seeing you
